§ 88-8 License required.

No person shall keep or harbor any dog within the Borough without first obtaining a license therefor, to be issued by the Police Department upon application by the owner and payment of the prescribed fee, and no person shall keep or harbor any dog in said Borough except in compliance with the provisions of this article.

§ 123-6 Dog licenses (Chapter 88) and Cat licenses (Chapter 297).

A. Dog license.

(1) License and registration tag for each sterilized dog licenses: $12 per year or $30 for a three-year license.

(2) License and registration tag for each nonsterilized dog licensed: $21 per year or $63 for a three-year license.

(3) Late fee: an additional $10 from March 1 through December 31.

B. Cat license.

(1) Twelve dollars per year for each sterilized cat licensed or $30 for a three-year license.

(2) Twenty-one dollars per year for each nonsterilized cat licensed or $63 for a three-year license.
