§ 68-4 License and registration required.

Any person who shall own, keep or harbor a dog of licensing age shall, before February 28 of each year, or February 29 in a leap year, apply for and procure from the Clerk of this municipality, or other official designated by the governing body thereof to license dogs in this municipality, an annual license and official metal registration tag for each such dog so owned, kept or harbored and shall place upon each such dog a collar or harness with the registration tag securely fastened thereto.

§ 83-1 Schedule of fees.

A. The following schedule consists of fees for the various applications, licenses, permits, activities and services required or provided for under Township ordinances, rules and regulations as included in this Code. Specific regulations, application procedures and requirements, conditions and approval provisions with respect to which each fee is required may be found in the pertinent chapter of this Code referred to below.
