§ 124-6 License and registration tag required.

Any person who shall own, keep or harbor a dog which has attained the age of seven months or which possesses a set of permanent teeth, within 30 days of establishing a residency in this Borough or in the month of January, whichever is sooner, shall apply for and procure from the Secretary of the Board of Health a license and official metal registration tag for each such dog so owned, kept or harbored and shall place upon each such dog a collar or harness with the registration tag securely fastened thereto. Such license and registration tag shall be renewed every January thereafter.

§ 133-13 Fees under Chapter 124, Dogs.

A. Article III, Licensing.

(1) Annual dog license fee: $10.80.

(2) State fees. In addition to the fee set forth in Subsection A(1), the following fees shall be paid:

(b) Additional fee of $3 for any dog of reproductive age which has not had its reproductive capacity permanently altered through sterilization, to be deposited in the Animal Population Control Fund.
