§ 133-3 License required.

Any person who shall own, keep or harbor a dog of licensing age shall, in the month of January 1982, and annually thereafter, apply for and procure from the Animal Control Officer of the Township of Harmony a license and official metal registration tag for each such registration of each dog and shall place upon each such dog a collar or harness with the registration tag securely fastened thereto.

§ 133-4 License and registration fees; exceptions.

A. The person applying for the license and registration tag shall pay the fee of $10.80 for each dog license and the sum of $1 for the NJ registration fee for each dog. Said licenses, registration tags and renewals shall expire on January 31 in the year stated on the license. In addition to the fees payable as hereinbefore mentioned, the person applying for the license and registration tag shall:

(1) Pay a N.J. nonspayed/neutered fee of $3 for any dog of reproductive age which has not had its reproductive capacity permanently altered through sterilization;
