§ 169-2 License required; licensing authority.

No person shall keep or harbor any dog within the Township of Fairfield, in the County of Cumberland, without first obtaining a license therefor, to be issued by the Township Clerk.

§ 169-3 Fees; expiration date of license and registration.

A. The person applying for the license and registration tag shall pay a fee of $10 for the registration of each spayed dog and $13 for the registration of each unspayed dog, before January 31 of each calendar year, effective January 2013. A late fee of $20 shall be charged for each license not applied for by March 31 of each calendar year.
