§ 5-2.1 License Required; Fees.

a. Every dog shall be duly licensed in accordance with N.J.S.A. 4:19-15 et seq. and shall bear evidence of such license at all times. The annual fee for such license shall be $15 for each spayed or neutered dog. The annual license fee for each nonspayed or nonneutered dog shall be $20. Persons who fail to obtain a license within the time period specified will be subject to a delinquent fee of $5 per month.

§ 5-9.1 Vaccination and License Required.

Vaccination and Licensing Requirements. No person shall own, keep or harbor, or maintain any cat over seven months of age within the Borough unless the cat is vaccinated and licensed.

§ 5-9.7 License Fees.

A license shall be issued after payment of a fee of $10 for each spayed or neutered cat and $15 for each nonspayed or nonneutered cat.
