§ 63-1 Vaccination; license and registration tag.
B. License and registration tag.
(1) Any person who shall own, keep or harbor any dog shall, in the month of January of each year, apply for and procure from the licensing official a license and official metal registration tag for each such dog so owned, kept or harbored and shall place upon each dog a collar with a registration tag securely fastened thereto.
§ 63-2 Fees.
A. All persons applying for a license and registration tag shall pay an annual license fee of $8 for each dog which is spayed or neutered and $11 for each dog which is not spayed or neutered. Said fee includes the following:
(1) New Jersey state registration fee: $1 per license.
(2) New Jersey state pilot clinic fund fee: $0.20 per license.
(3) New Jersey state pet population control for all nonspayed and nonneutered animals: $3.
§ 63-12 License and registration tag.
A. License required; late charge.
(1) Any person who shall own, keep or harbor any cat shall, in the month of January of each year, apply for and procure from the licensing official a license and official metal registration tag for each such cat so owned, kept or harbored and shall place upon each cat a collar with a registration tag securely fastened thereto.

F. License fee schedule. The annual license fee shall be $8 for each cat which is spayed or neutered and $11 for each cat which is nonspayed or nonneutered.
