9.04.010 Dogs – License required.
(A) Any person residing within the corporate limits of the City of Mt. Shasta, owning or having custody or control of one or more dogs, shall pay for the privilege of keeping such dog or dogs an annual license fee for each dog over the age of four months.
(B) Senior citizens, 62 years of age or more, shall be permitted to purchase the aforementioned license for a reduced fee. No discount is allowed for an unaltered dog.
