Bloomfield Township, Michigan

Sec. 8-30. – License required.

It shall be unlawful for any person to own, possess or harbor any dog six months of age or older in the township unless such dog is licensed as hereinafter provided or to own, possess or harbor any dog six months of age or over that does not at all times wear a collar or harness within the township with current township metal license tag attached as hereinafter provided. Such license tags shall be nontransferable to any other dog.

Sec. 8-32. – Fees.

(b) Any person submitting proof that such dog to be licensed has been unsexed, the fee for such unsexed dog shall be half the respective fees for a regular dog license.
