§ 71-4 Licensing of dogs.
A. The owner or keeper of any dog shall license such animal in accordance with the provisions of MGL c. 140, §§ 137 through 139, inclusive, except that fees for such licenses shall be as follows:
(1) Male/female: $15.
(2) Neutered/spayed: $10.
