Sec. 8-31. – License.
(a) Whoever owns or keeps a dog that is six months old or over in the city shall obtain a license therefor from the city clerk.
Sec. 8-34. – License fee.
(a) The fee for a dog license shall be as follows:
(1) Male/female …..$15.00 annually
(2) Neutered male/spayed female
(proof of neuter /spay required) …..$10.00 annually
