§ 250-2 Licensing requirements.
A. Any person who owns, keeps, harbors or has control over any dog over the age of six months shall annually obtain a license for said dog from the licensing authority.

F. The fee for a dog license shall be as follows:
(1) Male/female: $15 annually.
(2) Neutered female/spayed male: $10 annually.
