6-109 Dogs; Kennel Zoning And Permit

Any premises wherein any person engages in the business of boarding, breeding, buying, letting for hire, training for a fee, or selling dogs shall be a kennel. Kennels shall be maintained only where zoning regulations permit; provided that a permit fee which shall be set by the Village Board by separate ordinance, shall be paid to the Village Clerk for each kennel sought to be maintained, and shall be paid annually by June 1st of each year.
