Section 205.050 License Required for Dogs.

A. No dog owner shall keep any dog over six (6) months of age within the City of Lincoln, Missouri, unless the license, therefore, has first been secured. License shall be issued by the City Collector for a fee of three dollars ($3.00) for each male or spayed female dog and five dollars ($5.00) for each unspayed female dog. A certificate shall accompany every application for a license from the doctor qualified to practice veterinary medicine in the State in which the dog is vaccinated, showing the dog has been vaccinated against rabies.
