§ 90.20 PERMIT FOR KEEPING DOGS FOR BUSINESS PURPOSES.
No person shall carry on the business of keeping dogs for breeding purposes, or for the purpose of medical treatment of such dogs, or of caring for hire, or grooming in a residential zone in the city, and any permit for same shall be refused. All such permits shall at all times be subject to the planning and zoning regulations of the city. Licensed veterinarians are exempt from this section.
