Sec. 7-132. – License required.

The owner, possessor or keeper of any dog within the Town shall secure a license for such dog from the Town Clerk on or before the first day of March of each year or within thirty (30) days after the dog reaches the age of three (3) months. New residents of the Town shall have thirty (30) days after becoming such residents to secure a license hereunder.

Sec. 7-133. – Fees.

The annual license fee for spayed or neutered dogs within the Town shall be seven dollars and fifty cents ($7.50); and the annual license fee for dogs that are not spayed or neutered shall be twelve dollars ($12.00).
