Sec. 14-21. – Adoption of animals.
(c) No unclaimed animal or otherwise adoptable animal which is not neutered or spayed shall be released or adopted from the Jones County Animal Services facility without the animal first being spayed or neutered. The adoption fee for said animal shall include the cost for the spay or neuter.
