§ 90.18 CATS/DOGS.

Any resident wishing to harbor or otherwise maintain dogs/cats on his, her, or their property must have his, her, or their dog/cat registered with the town’s Clerk-Treasurer, and pay the associated $10 per neutered dog/cat fee for each dog/cat, on or before February 15 of the current calendar year. The fee for any nonneutered dog/cat shall be $20, and shall be paid on or before February 15 of the current calendar year. No more than four cats/dogs in any combination may be harbored by any one household.
