Sec. 5-43. – Fees.

The yearly license fee for each animal to be licensed pursuant to this article shall be ten dollars ($10.00) for neutered male or spayed female and twenty dollars ($20.00) for un-neutered males and unspayed females, which fees shall be paid into the general fund of the town. The fee for a temporary license for each animal to be licensed pursuant to this article shall be the same as the yearly fee. The three year license fee for each animal to be licensed pursuant to this article shall be twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for neutered male or spayed female and fifty dollars ($50.00) for nonneutered male or nonspayed female. In the event the license is lost, another license may be issued for the sum of five dollars ($5.00).
