§ 98.01 DEFINITIONS.

For the purpose of this chapter the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.

KENNEL. An establishment wherein any person engages in boarding, breeding, buying, keeping, letting for hire, training for a fee, or selling dogs or cats. Anyone keeping a total of more than five dogs and/or cats which are six months of age or older shall be deemed a kennel operator.

§ 98.13 KENNEL OPERATIONS.

No person shall operate a kennel except in a zoning district properly zoned therefor.
