§ 91.28 LICENSES AND TAGS FOR CATS.
(A) All persons within the boundaries of the town are required to license and tag the cats they own.
(B) All persons who own cats are required to purchase a tag from the Clerk-Treasurer.
(C) The fee schedule for the tags is as follows:
(1) The cost for all spayed and/or neutered cats is in the sum of $2; and
(2) The cost for all unspayed or unneutered cats is in the sum of $3.
