§ 90.29 ANIMAL PROTECTION SERVICES FEES.
The following fees are established for services relating to the operation of the animal protection services which shall be deposited into the animal control fund:
| RABIES REGISTRATION FEES | |
| One year tag | $15 for spayed, neutered or sterilized animals; $40 for intact animals. |
| Three year tag | $35 for spayed, neutered or sterilized animals; $90 for intact animals. |
| RECLAIM FEES | |
| First reclaim | $75 |
| Second reclaim | $100 |
| Third reclaim | $150 plus sterilization fee per 510 ILCS 5/9 |
| RELINQUISHMENT FEES | |
| Spayed/neutered cat or dog – county resident | $50 |
| Intact cat or dog – county resident | $75 |
| Spayed/neutered cat or dog – non-county resident | $100 |
| Intact cat or dog – non-county resident | $200 |
