§ 105-32 Commercial breeding restrictions.

No person or household within the Village of Paw Paw limits shall engage in the commercial business of breeding, buying, selling, trading, training, or boarding cats or dogs without:

A. Having obtained a license from the State of Illinois and other applicable governmental bodies; and

B. Locating said licensed business, kennel, or facility within an area zoned under the Village of Paw Paw zoning laws for said business, kennel, or facility.
