§ 91.20 LICENSE REQUIRED.

It shall be unlawful for any person to own or keep a dog or cat which is over four months of age which does not have a license for it issued by the Village Clerk.

§ 91.22 LICENSE FEES.

The license fees to be paid pursuant to this subchapter to the village shall be $4 for each dog or cat annually. In those cases where it is shown by a certification from a licensed veterinarian that the animal has been neutered, castrated, or spayed the annual fee shall be $2.50. In the event the owner of an animal shall be over the age of 65, the fee shall be $1 for each animal annually.
