§ 91.45 – INOCULATION REQUIREMENTS; CERTIFICATE AND FEES.

(A)    Inoculation. Every owner of a cat four months of age or more not confined at all times to an enclosed area shall cause the cat to be inoculated against rabies by a licensed veterinarian every calendar year. Proof of inoculation of all cats shall be provided the City Clerk pursuant to the terms of this section on or before September 1 of each year.

(B)    Inoculation tag and fees. An inoculation tag shall be issued by the City Clerk after payment by the owner of the cat of the applicable fees:

(1)   For each unneutered male cat, $5.

(2)   For each unspayed female cat, $5.

(3)   For each neutered male cat, $3.

(4)   For each spayed female cat, $3.
