5-7-2: LICENSES:
A. License Required: No person shall keep, harbor, own, or otherwise maintain a dog or cat more than four (4) months old in the Village without obtaining a license therefor and paying the annual fee required in Section 5-7-14 of this Chapter. The keeping of any unlicensed dog or cat required by this Section to be licensed is hereby declared to be a nuisance.
