Sec. 6-55. – Fee.

(a) The fee for each license required by the provisions of this division shall be fifteen dollars ($15.00), provided the fee shall be ten dollars ($10.00) for each neutered or spayed animal as established by a certificate from each licensed veterinarian.

Sec. 6-64. – Redemption.

(b) A second or subsequent impoundment of any dog or cat shall subject the person seeking to redeem said dog or cat to the following, in addition to the fee and licensing requirements as set forth above. Said dog or cat shall be spayed or neutered prior to release unless the person seeking to redeem the dog or cat provides proof thereof.
