6.04.060 – Dog licenses.

C. Non-Dangerous Dog Annual License Fees; Term:

1. The city clerk, or a designee, is hereby authorized to issue a license to any person who presents a completed dog license application along with veterinary certification of rabies vaccination and upon payment of eighteen dollars ($18.00) per head for each non-dangerous dog. Owners presenting veterinary certification that the dog has been spayed or neutered will pay twelve dollars ($12.00) per head for each non-dangerous dog. Owners will certify on their license application as to their name, address, and birth date and may be required to provide government issued identification as proof of same.
