§ 2.01.005 Dog license.

(a) License required.

It shall be unlawful for any person to own, keep, harbor or have custody of any dog over six (6) months old unless such dog is licensed as provided herein.

(d) Fee.

A license shall be issued after payment of the license fee. The license fee shall be as follows:

(1) Sexually altered female or male dog: $5.00.

(2) Sexually unaltered female or male dog: $10.00.

(3) Senior citizens (62 years or older) female or male dog: $1.00.
