Section 205.100 License For Dogs, Issuance Of License, Annual Fee, Vaccination.

A. It shall be unlawful for any person to own, keep, harbor or have custody of any dog over the age of six (6) months within the City limits unless that dog is licensed and said license is affixed to a collar such that the license is constantly displayed on the dog.

E. The license fee for sterilized animals shall be ten dollars ($10.00) for a one-year license, fifteen dollars ($15.00) for a two-year license, and seventeen dollars and fifty cents ($17.50) for a three-year license. The license fee for un-sterilized animals shall be twenty dollars ($20.00) for a one-year license, thirty dollars ($30.00) for a two-year license, and thirty-five dollars ($35.00) for a three-year license. The applicant must show proof of sterilization.
