Section 210.090 Fines — Fees.
A. Impound. An owner whose animal has been impounded shall be required to pay the following fees for the retrieval of their pet:

Unaltered male dogs and cats are subject to a twenty-dollar ($20.00) fine, which will be refunded if animal is neutered within thirty (30) days.
