Sec. 8-335.- Required; fee.
A kennel license is required for any owner keeping three or more unaltered animals over six months of age on their premises and may be purchased from the city clerk for an annual fee in the amount specified in the city fee schedule. This fee shall be in addition to the fees for each animal owned.
