A. It is unlawful for any person to harbor a dog within the city limits of the city not licensed as provided by this chapter.
6.04.050: LICENSES; FEES:
A. The license fees for dogs shall be as follows:
| Neutered dog | $ 5.00 per year |
| Unneutered dog | 15.00 per year |
