Sec. 8-45. – Breeding without a license.
It is unlawful for any person who does not hold a license from the Georgia Department of Agriculture to breed an animal if they are required by the Georgia Department of Agriculture to be licensed. Owners of animals (whether from one or more) having more than one litter per household delivered during any 12-month period will require a license from the Georgia Department of Agriculture.
