56.01 ANNUAL LICENSE REQUIRED.
1. Every owner of a dog over the age of three months shall procure a dog license from the Clerk on or before January 1 of each year.
56.02 LICENSE FEES.
The annual license fee shall be as follows:
1. $10.00 for each altered dog or cat.
2. $15.00 for each unaltered dog or cat.
3. The annual license fee will be waived after four years of consecutive registration.
