Sec. 4-52. – Mandatory spaying and neutering.
In the event an animal is adopted from a shelter or pound within the town in accordance with this article, the adopting person shall promptly comply with the provisions of Code of Ala. 1975, § 3-9-2 and have the animal sterilized. Failure to do so is a violation of this article.
