Animals who are used for their fur are bludgeoned, gassed, electrocuted, drowned, or skinned alive.
Some of them were once living freely in nature until the day they were caught in a steel trap, while others were born on a fur farm, guaranteed a life of misery and an unjust death. No matter the situation, these animals were killed so that someone could have fur trim on their coat, a fur pom-pom on their winter hat, or another piece of fur clothing. Retailers SCHEELS, SOIA & KYO, and Altitude Sports are complicit in this cruelty by continuing to sell fur.
These companies are so far behind the times. Everyone knows that wearing the skin of a dead animal is a fashion faux pas. There is no excuse for retailers or brands to sell it. TJX Companies, Nordstrom, Michael Kors, and Versace are among the many that have already banned fur—after hearing from PETA supporters like you! Now we need you to tell SCHEELS, SOIA & KYO, and Altitude Sports to stop profiting from abuse and to end all fur sales immediately.
