URGENT: Speak Out Against Alleged Bird Poisoning in Nevada!

Pigeons are possibly being poisoned at Landmark Recovery of Las Vegas, a drug and alcohol rehabilitation center! PETA has received reports that numerous dead birds have been found on this property, speculated victims of a notorious avicide (bird poison) that’s falsely touted as a harmless “flock-dispersing agent,” when, in fact, it impairs the nervous system, causing disorientation, erratic flight, tremors, convulsions, and a prolonged, agonizing death. Such substances also pose definitive risks to “nontarget” wildlife, including protected species. Furthermore, lethal bird-control measures actually backfire, because when animals are killed, the resultant spike in the food supply prompts survivors and inevitable newcomers to breed at accelerated rates.

These dead birds were reportedly found at Landmark Recovery of Las Vegas.

PETA has asked representatives at Landmark Recovery of Las Vegas to abandon any such poisoning initiatives that may be in place, but we are being ignored. Now it’s your turn! Using the contact information below, please politely urge management to remove any avicides immediately. Then forward this alert to everyone you know.
