These AAA Clubs Support Dolphin Abuse
SeaWorld is a corporation built on the suffering of animals, yet some AAA motor clubs continue to promote the cruel abusement park, which confines dolphins, whales, and other animals to cramped tanks where they have nothing to do but swim in endless circles.

While the company stopped breeding orcas after facing mounting criticism, these animals are still suffering at the parks. Other dolphins are still being bred—forcibly and, sometimes, after being drugged—and over 100 of them are crammed into just seven tanks.
More than 40 orcas have died from causes such as severe trauma, intestinal gangrene, and chronic cardiovascular failure at SeaWorld. In June 2025, Kamea died at only 11 years old, while female orcas in nature can live to be 80 to 90 years old.

It’s time that AAA followed in the footsteps of Booking.com, British Airways, TripAdvisor, Virgin Holidays, and numerous other travel providers that severed ties with marine-mammal parks.
Please ask AAA clubs in Oregon, Idaho, Alabama, northern New England, and Texas to do the right thing and stop promoting SeaWorld:
- Email the Corporate Spokesperson for AAA Texas, Daniel Armbruster, at [email protected]
- Email the CEO of AAA Oregon/Idaho, Timothy Morgan, at [email protected]
- Email the Public Relations and Marketing Manager for AAA Alabama, Clay Ingram, at [email protected]
- Email the Manager of Public Affairs and Traffic Safety for AAA Northern New England, Daniel Goodman, at [email protected]
If you’re a AAA member, please add that information to your message and remind the company that animal abuse is a very serious issue to you.
Then, contact the AAA clubs on social media:
