Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. vegan mayo

  • 1 Tbsp. mustard

  • 2 slices bread

  • 1 slice vegan cheese (try Follow Your Heart brand)

  • 1 -3 slices tomato

  • 1 -3 slices pickle

  • 1 -2 lettuce leaves

Directions

  • Spread the vegan mayo and mustard onto the bread.
  • Place the remaining ingredients on 1 slice of bread then top with the other slice.
