§ 74-2 License required; fee.

A. Every person who shall own, possess, keep or harbor any dog or dogs, either male or female (and the word “dog” when hereinafter used shall be deemed to include male or female), within the Township shall obtain an annual license for each such dog and shall have the same registered and numbered with the Municipal Clerk and for each such dog license shall pay fees for the following as provided in Chapter 109, Fees:

(2) Fee for nonspayed or nonneutered dogs. In addition to the fees provided for above, there shall be an additional surcharge on all licenses issued for dogs of reproductive age for which there is not filed a veterinarian certificate or notarized affidavit by the owner that the dog has been spayed or neutered as required by state law.
