§ 61A-3 Licensing requirements.

A. Any person who shall own, keep or harbor a cat of licensing age shall, in the month of January of each year, apply for and procure from the Township Clerk a license and official registration tag with license number and shall place upon such cat a collar or other device with the license number securely fastened.

§ 67-1 Definitions.

KENNEL

Any establishment or premises whereupon or wherein four or more dogs are kept, maintained or harbored or whereupon or wherein the business of boarding, selling or breeding dogs is carried on, except a pet shop.

§ 67-3 License and fee requirements.

A. Any person who shall own, keep or harbor a dog of licensing age shall, in the month of January of each year, apply for and procure from the Township Clerk a license and official metal registration tag for each such dog.

F. Kennels, pet shops and shelters. The annual license fees for kennels, pet shops and shelters, where permitted by Chapter 160, Zoning, shall be as set forth in Chapter 72, Fees, of this Code.

§ 72-1 Schedule of fees.

The following schedule of fees is hereby established with respect to licenses, permits and activities required or regulated under the provisions of various chapters of the Code of the Township of Evesham. Applications for and the issuance of such licenses and permits shall be subject to the provisions of the specific chapter of this Code which is indicated for each type of license or permit. The business, activity or operation for which the license or permit is required shall be subject to all regulations set forth in the chapter to which reference is made.
