§ 89-4 Registration and licensing; enforcement.

A. Terms defined. As used in this section, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:

DOG OF LICENSING AGE

Any dog which has attained the age of seven months or which possesses a set of permanent teeth.

E. Fees.

(1) The annual license and registration fee for a single dog shall be $11. Moreover, pursuant to the Animal Population Control Program, there will be an additional $3 annual surcharge on all licenses issued for non-spayed and non-neutered dogs.
