§ 115-3 License fee; license required.

A. The annual dog license fee, which is due January 1, shall be as follows:

(1) Annual license fee payable to the Borough of Bradley Beach: $12.

(4) Surcharge on every nonspayed and nonneutered dog, payable to New Jersey State Board of Health: $3. An owner presenting a certificate signed by a licensed veterinarian or a notarized statement signed personally, certifying that his or her dog has been sterilized is exempt from the three-dollar surcharge.
