§ 6-104 DOMESTIC ANIMALS; WRONGFUL LICENSING.
It shall be unlawful for the owner, keeper, or harborer of any dog to permit or allow such animal to wear any license, metallic tag or other Municipal identification than that issued by the Municipal Clerk for dogs, nor shall the owner, keeper, or harborer wrongfully and knowingly license an unspayed female dog with a license prescribed for a male or spayed female dog.
