§ 90.01 DEFINITIONS.

For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.

KENNEL. Any premises or property of any kind or description where more than two female dogs are kept for breeding purposes, or where more than one litter of pups or dogs are kept for purposes of sale.

§ 90.04 DOG KENNEL LICENSE.

(A)   Any person maintaining a KENNEL, as defined in § 90.01, shall pay a license fee of $25 per year for maintaining such kennel.

B)   No license shall be issued until the premises to be used for the kennel have been inspected and approved by the town’s Health Department.
