7-3A-4: LICENSE AND REGISTRATION; FEE:
A. Dogs:
1. Required: It shall be unlawful for any person to keep, harbor or maintain in the City any dog over five (5) months of age unless such dog is duly registered and licensed as herein provided. Licenses shall be issued by the City Clerk-Treasurer upon proof that the dog has been vaccinated against rabies. An annual dog license must be purchased by the owner of each dog between April 1 and April 30 of each year.
