5-4A-4: LICENSE AND REGISTRATION; FEE:
A. Dogs:
1. License Required: It shall be unlawful for any person to keep, harbor or maintain in the city any dog over five (5) months of age unless such dog is duly registered and licensed as herein provided. Licenses shall be issued by the city clerk-treasurer or his/her designee only upon proof that the dog has been vaccinated against rabies.
2. Fee Schedule: The fee schedule may be amended by resolution of the city council.
