Section 205.080 Licensing — Required.

A. Licensing. All dogs and cats kept, harbored or maintained within the City shall be licensed if over five (5) months of age by the owner, keeper or harborer thereof.

Section 205.090 Licensing Fees, Term, Delinquency Penalty.

A. Fees. Dog and cat licenses shall be issued annually upon payment of a license fee in the amount of one dollar ($1.00) for every neutered dog or cat. For every non-neutered dog or cat the fee shall be five dollars ($5.00).
