Sec. 5-36. – Required.

It shall be unlawful for any person in the city to own, keep or harbor any dog or cat on or about his or her premises unless the dog or cat is registered as provided in this division.

Sec. 5-39. – Issuance; registration fee; tag; registration period.

(c) Registration fees:

First time registration fee for each spayed or neutered animal …..$5.00

First time registration fee for each animal not spayed or neutered …..20.00

Renewal registration fee for each spayed or neutered animal …..1.00

Renewal registration fee for each animals not spayed or neutered …..5.00
